Job Title: Business Analyst – Technology Transformation
Location: CBD, Eveleigh with flexible work-from-home options.
Reports to: IT Operations Manager

Role Overview: Tour de Cure is currently undergoing a comprehensive strategy and Business Capability Model review, leading to a significant technology transformation. We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in this transformation. This role will work closely with the IT manager, CTO, and the rest of the leadership team to analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and help implement innovative technology solutions to align with Tour de Cure's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior leadership, to understand business needs, define project requirements, and create business cases for new initiatives. Analyze current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement through Lean Process Analysis and recommending technology-driven solutions. Develop and maintain Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams to clearly define, communicate, and improve business processes. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Ensure clear communication of requirements, guiding solution design and implementation. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for technology transformation initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and provide insights on mitigating potential project risks. Support the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of technology solutions. Provide post-implementation support and documentation to stakeholders. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology transformation projects, ideally in large-scale charities or events sector. Strong understanding of business capability models, process improvement, and digital transformation strategies. Able to work autonomously and independently. Experience in creating business cases to support new initiatives, demonstrating clear value and return on investment. Proficiency in developing BPMN diagrams to document and optimize business processes. Expertise in Lean Process Analysis and the ability to identify and eliminate waste within business processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex projects and competing priorities. Experience with CRM, Fundraising, Engagement, and Financial systems is a plus as well as a consulting background. Working Arrangements: The majority of your time will be spent at the Tour de Cure Head Office in Eveleigh, though flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options, are negotiable.
