Are you an experienced and strong real estate administrator looking for the next step up in your career?
Team Harvey of Place Bulimba are looking for a high-level senior sales administrator with real estate experience to look after team operations!
Being part of this high performing team, you will be responsible for but not limited to coordinating the end-to-end sales administrative process for the team, whilst simultaneously ensuring workflow is managed effectively and provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of the team.
The successful candidate for this role will have prior experience in real estate, and a strong administration foundation.
You will have experience drafting documentation accurately (including Form 6's) to ensure compliance and efficiency in the sales process.
You will be able to manage multiple priorities and have strong organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met.

Role and Responsibilities
Managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the team, including training, resourcing, team planning and general administrative execution; Provide high level support to the listing process including, appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity; Extensive diary management, ensuring maximum efficiency for team workflow; Coordinating bookings and materials, as well as proofing with absolute accuracy; Email management and agenda creation for team meetings; General tasks as requested by the Lead Agent; Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agents listings; Self-managing day to day tasks; and Liaising with clients and providing memorable customer service experiences.
Skills and Experience:
2 - 3+ years experience in a high functioning real estate administration role is essential; A passion for personal development, and the desire to make a difference to your team and clients; A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently; Exceptional organisation and time management skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities; Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package; and QLD Registration Certificate is advantageous.
