We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team. This role will see you take control of our successful Port Hedland Branch, and with construction on our Karratha Store due to finish mid 2025, the opportunity for transfer to this branch could present itself if of interest to the right candidate.
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated self-starter with great communication skills and the continuous drive to help develop this growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships Process transactions, up-sell and cross-sell Inspire and continuously develop a small team of casual staff members Maintain a high standard of workplace health and safety standards Interact and assist with our North-West Fire Protection Service Team Work with the Managing Director of the greater business to report on and implement initiatives for general business growth Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of inventory management and retail merchandising Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high performing team Familiarity with retail operations and POS systems Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work in varying conditions Experience in a trade or the building industry desired Apply today to become a crucial member of the greater Firesafe/Total Safety and Tools team.
