Job Description Some of your duties and responsibilities will include: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, letting and procurement schedulesManaging progress claims and client variationsTracking project expenditure and reportingNegotiating with subcontractors and suppliersAssisting Project Manager and team with daily operationsDesired Skills and Experience To be considered you must: Hold a tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or EngineeringHave a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar rolePossess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHave Jobpac experience (highly regarded)Our People Are Rewarded By: The option to purchase additional annual leaveRegular formal training and mentorshipCareer progression opportunitiesFlexible work arrangementsWorking in a professional cultureWell-being programsRegular reward & recognition.We look forward to hearing from you.
