They currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Tosca Test Automation Lead to drive the build and delivery of automation solutions across some key clients.
As a Tosca Test Automation Lead you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and plans, with a strong emphasis on test automation using Tosca. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all testing efforts are aligned with business objectives and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Your responsibilities would include:
Design Testing Strategies: Develop and define testing strategies and plans in collaboration with Business Technology Partners, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Application Architects, Designers, and Developers to meet business requirements and objectives. Implement Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Ensure that automated tests are integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Coordinate Testing Efforts: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all types of testing activities, including automation and non-functional testing, within development or integration projects. Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Business Stakeholders and Technology Solutions SMEs to provide expert advice on test planning and execution. Utilize insights to drive service improvements and support process and organizational changes. Required Skills/Experience:
Experience: Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or similar role, with a strong background in test automation especially delivering projects using Tosca is mandatory. Experience in AOS and DEX execution is highly desirable. Skills: Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Tosca, Opkey, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, playwright, etc.), and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
