We are seeking a skilled Quality Officer to join the team of one of our construction clients!
$50.61-56.93 + pens - $80-90k on perm basis Thomastown, VIC Temp – perm Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine process control checks and audits Perform testing, including product load testing and material sampling Inspect and manage non-conforming products, including rework or rejection processes Lead or assist in quality investigations and issue resolution Maintain and report on quality-related data, such as audit results and process non-adherences Collaborate on quality procedure enhancements and compliance with ISO 9001 standards Carry out inspections of fabricated items, both on-site and at supplier facilities Liaise with customers and suppliers to address any quality concerns and provide technical advice Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to existing standards and increasing elevating the benchmark for the company and its staff Maintain current accreditation Essential requirements: A sound understanding of AS/NZS Standards (e.g. AS1554, AS1627, AS2312) and ISO 9001 requirements Proficiency in quality management systems and product specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or industrial environment Does this sound like you or someone you know?
