Creating client and subcontractor contracts;Supporting Project Managers with project coordination;Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties;Tender response evaluation;Taking minutes and following up on meetings;Certification and payment progress claims;Final payments; andMaintaining construction documents to a high standard. Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with:

Expertise in any of the above areas;Strong general administration skills;Exceptional organisation skills;Ability to identify ways to improve procedures; andIdeally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
