Job DescriptionAbout this opportunity Reporting into the Reliability Manager the Toolmaker will form part of the maintenance team and will be responsible for:
Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on all toolingCarrying out version changes on toolingWorking closely with the maintenance team to analyse tool performance issues and develop and implement strategies for improvement in production, efficiency and qualityFault finding and troubleshooting of tooling defects to limit downtime and improve the operational effectiveness of the factoryAssisting in ensuring regular tool maintenance programs are carried out in accordance with the maintenance plans, and to the correct standardEnsuring all relevant tool procedures & safe work method statements are filled out before tasks commenceFollow all site safety proceduresOperational (Results): Achieve maintenance performance targetsIdentify equipment & systems improvements that deliver OEE targetAchieve all above KPI'sSupport the site in achieving YEM targets and KPI'sSupport the staged roll out of Viscount's annual improvement programSupport the build and delivery of the Site Strategy for Spare Parts StoresYour skills and experience To be successful in this role, you'll have:
