We are seeking a proactive and motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join a dynamic team in Redbank. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to expand their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome. Efficiently manage incoming telephone enquiries, directing calls and taking accurate messages. After training, assist with payroll and finance administration tasks, such as data entry of payroll, accounts payable, and payment claims. Provide general clerical support to the team as required. Essential Skills and Experience: Prior reception/administration experience, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach to work. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, such as payroll and accounts-related tasks. Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook (MYOB experience preferred but not essential). Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Availability to commence ASAP. What's on Offer: Casual rate of $34.59/hr.
