HR Coordinator – Olympic Park, Sydney NSW – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract The Role Are you ready to elevate your HR administrative experience and join a global supply chain and logistics leader, specializing in Government and Defence? Join a dedicated team supporting government clients in delivering diverse logistics solutions—from healthcare distribution and employee relocations to fleet management and helicopter rescue services. This role offers you the chance to provide administrative support to the human resources Government and Defence Division.
We are seeking a HR Coordinator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join our Government & Defence division based onsite in Olympic Park, Sydney NSW. As the HR Coordinator, you will:
Develop, maintain and use administrative tools to record, track and manage all administrative procedures relating to the day-to-day operation of the government and defence division. Demonstrate efficient, consistent and effective HR support services. Monitor own workflow and processes to identify process improvements and capability gaps and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders. Assist with day-to-day office & HR administration tasks including HR systems & processes, i.e. Concur, CWT (Travel) & Workday, Service Now/Vantage. Prepare Letters of Offer & Contracts of Employment, Change of Condition Letters and other relevant documentation for new & existing employees. Be present on a daily basis (Mon to Fri) in the Toll Aviation Office in Olympic Park or another office as nominated from time to time. To be successful in this role, you will have: 2+ years human resources administration experience. Proficient in HRIS systems & Microsoft Office applications. Well-developed time management and organisational abilities. Self-motivated, self-starter, proactive and efficient in the implementation of administrative duties. Well-developed awareness of the Toll Group policies and Human Resources procedures.
