About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Educators to join a team of passionate and professional Educators at Community kids Haven Redan. Inspire and guide educators to achieve excellence while fostering strong professional relationships.? Develop and lead the team in delivering a tailored planning, curriculum, and outcomes cycle for each child in your care.? Ensure that all documentation of children's learning is accessible to families and meets high-quality standards and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain a welcoming, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.? Always uphold the highest standards of health and safety.? Drive continuous improvement whilst leading positive outcomes for children, families, the community, and colleagues.? Prioritise dedicated non-contact time to support thoughtful and purposeful program development.? Collaborate effectively with broad team to achieve outcomes that benefit our community. Role skills/competencies: Experience in a Lead Educator or Room Leader role leading and developing age specific programs and routines.? Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework.? Familiarity with KindyHub or similar online programming platforms is an advantage.? Strong written communication skills and confidence in guiding documentation related to children's learning and development. Role qualifications: An ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher? Victorian Working with Children Check Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates What We Offer?
