Case Manager, Workers Compensation
Full Time Fixed Term opportunity to end of June 2025 Supportive team culture Based in Speers Point with Work From Home flexibility available About the role:
Reporting directly to the Claims Lead, you will be responsible for efficiently managing your caseload. In collaboration with the Claims Officers, Injury Management Specialists and other CMI customers and stakeholders, you will ensure durable and timely return to work outcomes are achieved whilst keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.
Your main responsibilities include:
Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategies. Engage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issues. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standards. About you:
Your education, experience and skills will include:
Experience in claims management Minimum 2-3 years Workers Compensation experience Competent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel An ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of medical terminology What we offer:
