The role
This role offers a breadth of commercial and technology law advisory and transactional work. The successful candidate will have variety, autonomy and responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to work with leading professionals in a supportive, collegiate, and dynamic environment.
The TMT practice focuses on assisting leading telecoms operators, technology, and media companies on strategic corporate, commercial, and regulatory projects. As part of a team, you will obtain exposure to a diverse range of telecommunications, IT, and media issues including emerging technologies, next generation access networks, satellite projects, new media platforms and rights acquisitions, broadcasting and media regulations, submarine cable systems, network infrastructure, and spectrum sharing.
About you
You will have circa 3-6 years of commercial law experience ideally with exposure to technology law experience obtained in a leading law firm, a strong academic background, and be very ambitious and driven in your approach to your work and professional career. You will also enjoy working in the business as part of a team servicing high profile clients on a range of stimulating and challenging work.
