The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR / People Coordinator to support our People and Talent Manager in the delivery of high quality, people-centric HR support to TMK's leadership group and employees.
Commencing January 2025, based in our Pirie Street office, this is a great opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by an experienced human resource professional whilst working within an inclusive and highly collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the People and Talent Manager in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, induction activities, training and development, employee engagement, and departure processes.End-to-end recruitment support including drafting advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting checks.Co-ordinating activities related to training, career nights, EXPO's, and TMK's EA Program.Maintaining HR records, including new hires, role changes, and terminations in our HRIS – ELMO.HR documentation, position descriptions, letters of offer, contracts, reviews, employee surveys, policies, and procedures.Clear, concise, and consistent communication with stakeholders.Championing a positive working culture, and supporting our values, policies, procedures, and people initiatives through regular communication and follow-up activities.About you The successful candidate will have relevant HR experience, demonstrate a people-centric approach, and:Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Be detail-oriented with advanced organisational skills.Have exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands.Be tech-savvy with experience with ELMO (preferred).Be approachable, humble, and genuine.TMK offers: A friendly, supportive, diverse, and inclusive working environment.Regular company functions, events, celebrations, and community events.Professional development opportunities and AHRI membership.Employee Assistance Program.Membership to internal committees and special interest work groups.Working flexibility.Great coffee, and more........How to Apply If you're an experienced HR / People Coordinator, with a people-centric approach, who genuinely enjoys delivering meaningful HR initiatives and support, we'd love to hear from you.
