Job Description We currently have a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced TM1 Developer to join the NRMA's Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall landscape of the TM1 Application on the cloud, along with supporting the business across Group Finance, Commercial Finance and NRMA Group of businesses including SIXT, Parks & Resorts, Marine and Coral Expeditions. The role is a Dev Ops role and provides analytical support to the Financial Operations to ensure the delivery and availability of the TM1 application so that management decisions can be made without errors. The TM1 Developer will also provide advice and support services to all teams across the organisation to ensure compliance with systems, processes and policies relating to users roles and access controls. You will work closely within the different functions of the business and finance team not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Financial Control, Procurement and Technology. This role offers hybrid work arrangements from our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with the flexibility to work from home as agreed and required. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Development and maintenance of the NRMA Group's TM1 Environment, including ensuring system optimisation and availability Support and maintain existing TM1 models (including changes and enhancements) and development, testing, implementation and change management of new functionality Provide technical guidance regarding maintenance of the Financial Intelligence (FI) database roadmap for Finance Support Users in Pa FE (Planning and Analytics for Excel), and help resolve their day-to-day issues Design, Develop and Deliver quality and complex data and reporting solutions across the Finance function using Business Intelligence best practices, processes, and applications. Development of single source and self-serve Finance data and reporting for both financial and non-financial metrics and outcomes. Automation and Optimisation of Data and Reporting capabilities. Proactively identify business opportunities across the business - through best-in-class and automated data and reporting solutions. Ad hoc analysis and deep dives to identify solutions, opportunities and assess performance relative to the strategy. Partnering with Technology teams for the provision of IT infrastructure and deployment of business application solutions. Business partnering through provision of data and reporting including prioritisation of business requests. Develop TM1 Web web sheets Build TI Process/Chores, Build Complex Rules, TM1 contributor web applications, Model, design, and create Cognos TM1 Cubes from OLTP sources into OLAP cubes. What You'll Bring Good understanding of SQL OLAP and data warehousing concepts. Automation of process and Jobs in TM1/Planning Analytics. Develop overall data flow and reporting model in Perspective, Architect, Performance Modeler, PAW and PAX. Analyse and translate business requirements to functional specifications and provide recommendations and the right solution design. Analyse data across data sources to support requirements, identify integration and security requirements and support building the data architecture for the project. Support the business for migration and upgrades through different environment setups To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. Experience building using PAW (Planning Analytics Workspace) and Pa FE are highly desirable. Experience in software project management lifecycle in an agile environment. Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service. High competencies in data and reporting solutions. Proven experience in managing and interpreting data. Ability to critically analyse data to focus on value add and automation. Good Understanding of financial planning budgeting and forecasting functions and related processes. Experience in developing objects in TM1/Planning Analytics including cubes/rules/dimensions/MDX expressions /turbo integrator processes, TM1 Web, Python. What's in it for you?
