The General Manager of Information Technology is accountable for operational direction and cross functional collaboration that elevates our technology and our people.

To be successful, you are a likely an ICT Manager ready to progress to the next level in your career with a solid understanding of technology trends and ICT infrastructure to enable you to support our operational initiatives and our Chief Information Officer.

This in an office-based role on St Kilda Road with beautiful views overlooking Albert Park Lake .

Your accountabilities
Develop and implement forward-looking IT strategies that align with business objectives Enable operations for automation, efficiencies and optimisation in our UKG transformation Oversee the development and maintenance of core IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and OT/IoT solutions, ensuring high availability and resilience across the organisation Lead IT risk management, reporting, and compliance initiatives, embedding best practices and ensuring ISO regulatory alignment Develop and measure key performance metrics across IT Operations, Engineering and Information Security to ensure alignment with strategic goals Full management and responsibility of budget and reporting Provide regular performance updates ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making About you
Likely a current ICT Manager ready for career progression Bachelor's / Masters in Information Technology or related field Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks Tenacity and driven individual always pushing the boundaries of transformation, improvement and risk mitigation 10+ years in senior IT roles, preferably within cloud-first environments Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity and digital technologies Preferred exposure to leading software development teams and deployment of OT and IoT environments Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on team development, mentorship and fostering a cohesive and positive culture TLC Healthcare operate on a direct sourcing model and request agencies to respect no unsolicited contact for vacancies advertised.
