Salary Package: AU$160,000 – 200,000 + Super + Incentives

Role Overview Reo Group has been retained to conduct an exhaustive search for a driven, ambitious and technically capable Account Manager for a fast-growing Corporate Specialty Insurance Brokerage in Sydney.
You will inherit a portfolio of accounts that you will be required to service and manage, providing exceptional service to clients within the Construction and Mining sectors.
With no pressure on new business acquisition, you will be given the tools and support to actively service existing business whilst onboarding new accounts secured by the brokerage's leadership and development teams.
Responsibilities Provide risk transfer advice and guidance to organisations within the Construction & Mining sector across Industrial Special Risks (ISR), Liability, Management Liability and Contract WorksBuild trust and integrity with key markets, ensuring innovative solutions and choice is made available to clientsAttend industry events, conferences and sector events representing the business as a key member of the broking teamDevelop, mentor and manage Account Executives and other junior staff providing a platform for skills and capability growthConstantly pursue industry and technical knowledge to support your own development in account and broking excellenceCandidate Profile You will be a Corporate Broker with a strong grounding in Property and Casualty Insurance with the ability to influence and advise at executive level for mid to large sized organisations in Australia and beyond.
Construction or Mining experience is highly advantageous but not a pre-requisite in this role.
Candidates must demonstrate a high proficiency with ISR, Public and Products LiabilityDemonstration of consistency and advancement within an Account Management environment ideally within a Corporate Insurance BrokerExcellent ability to influence and negotiate to secure the best possible solutions for clientsA clear, high energy and engaging relationship management style with clear examples of retaining and growing existing accountsTier 1 and Diploma of Financial Services as a minimum with at least 8 years within a broking capacityCulture & Benefits This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager looking to develop the skills to become an Account / Client Director.
