Key Criteria
Formal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia Strong mining & materials handling project experience Senior level experience required Demonstrated experience in a design focused or EPCM role; Strong commercial acumen Experience with mining plant structures design - concrete and steel Strong stakeholder management skills & able to complete project delivery tasks Able to complete site inspections) Previous experience leading small teams or have management aspirations Strong understanding of industry guidelines Excellent communication and reporting skills
