Previous background working on major highways projects in Australia. Chartered member (CPeng) of Institute of Engineers Australia. Excellent Business Development skills. Ability to liaise with project managers and architects effectively. Ability to review designs, good problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of commercial risk with contract management experience. Duties & Responsibilities Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers across civils projects. Pursue new opportunities for the civils divisions through active business development. Manage and resolve project issues and consider construction costings and practices in the design process.
