You must have experience in creating and maintaining timetables, ideally in a high school or a primary school environment. Knowledge and use of Tes Timetable (formerly known as Edval) software is highly desirable; however, experience using other timetable software packages is also welcomed.The successful applicant will receive training in the use of our software so they can take on the role of a Timetable Specialist in our team. In this role, you will engage with our customers in day-to-day product support through email ticketing, phone, chat, and screenshare services.You will be involved in delivering webinars for our products and premium Timetabler in Residence services. You will also be part of the wider Customer Success team working every day to deliver a 10/10 customer experience.To be successful in this role, the candidate must:Be experienced in creating and maintaining timetables using timetabling software.Be an analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills who loves puzzles.
