Timesheet Analyst

What are you going to doYour role in Finance will be to partner and:Enable the business to achieve strategic goals while ensuring appropriate safeguards are in placeProvide data-based insights and analytical guidance to drive improvementEnsure our shareholders' capital is allocated in a way that generates optimal valueResponsible for reviewing and analysing employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulationsProvide feedback to common issues with timesheet for improving the processAssist in improvement projects with timesheet and timewritingEnsure work is compliant with all statutory requirements including tax, SOX and Audit Compliance and Woodside Code of ConductEssential skills and knowledgeRequirementsDemonstrated experience in an accounting / finance / bookkeeping capacity.Accounting qualifications are not mandatory, although you may be studying towards an accounting qualification or professional certification.
A working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP is of benefitIdeally, be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:SOX activities - SOX Control Compliance, and SOX Control Testing SupportCost Accounting - understanding of Cost Allocation processesBenefitsAttractive day rateNovated leasingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Corporate discounts
