Position: Timesheet Analyst Location: Perth Indicative Term of Contract: 6 months casual - with potential to extend About the Role: Review and analyze employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.About the Function: Partner with the business to achieve strategic goals while ensuring appropriate safeguards.Provide data-based insights and analytical guidance to drive improvement.Ensure shareholders' capital is allocated to generate optimal value.Duties & Responsibilities: Review and analyze employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.Provide feedback on common issues with timesheets to improve the process.Assist in improvement projects related to timesheets and timewriting.Ensure work compliance with statutory requirements, including tax, SOX, and audit regulations, as well as the Woodside Code of Conduct.Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience in an accounting, finance, or bookkeeping capacity.Accounting qualifications are not mandatory but studying toward an accounting qualification or professional certification is advantageous.Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is beneficial.Desirable Knowledge & Experience: SOX activities, including SOX control compliance and SOX control testing support.Cost accounting, with an understanding of cost allocation processes.Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered (Australia, PR Holder, or Valid Australia working VISA).
