Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. 
Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.
Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

Job Summary: As Timekeeper, you will be responsible for verification of daily attendance, review, and corroboration of daily time records. You will perform examination of discrepancies between daily timesheet hours and badge scanning reports, ensure absentees are properly coded, and hours maintained in accordance with governing labour agreements. 
Major Responsibilities: Verify daily attendance and time records Ensures daily/ weekly crew timesheet data loads into SAP payroll system Communicate daily with internal customers with regard to SAP timekeeping and payroll system operations, daily time charges, and payroll calculation queries. Review discrepancies between daily timesheet hours and badge scanning reports. Ensure absentees are properly coded, and hours maintained in accordance with governing labour agreements. Verify time payouts to terminated employees. Ensure daily/ weekly crew timesheet data loads into SAP payroll system and assists Brisbane-based payroll teams with various time and payroll queries. Assist in preparation of project / functional timekeeping reports, including daily force reporting, attendance and ad-hoc reports. Ensure year-end payroll statements, paychecks, and employee pay entitlements are processed in accordance with internal payroll deadlines, and in accordance with Australian statutory regulations Any other ad-hoc duties as required. Education and Experience Requirements: A University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience with timekeeping and payroll processes, procedures, and technology. Ability to maintain confidentiality with a strong ethical behaviour in workplace practices. Customer-service oriented with a demonstrated professional demeanour and communication style Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required. We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer & commit to respond to every applicant.  Additional Information: This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.). The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products – i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site. This position is available to both local and non-local personnel.
