Timber Frame-Truss Estimator

King Truss is a growing Family Business based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast that is currently seeking an experienced frame & truss estimator to join our expanding Team.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced Estimator who has versatile and well-developed estimating skills and is passionate about their work and keen to join a growing team with a great team culture.
About you:Good communication skills – you'll be a clear communicator (both verbally and written) who enjoys building relationships and engaging with your teammates and your customers.Sound planning and organisational skills – you'll use your time well and take a planned and methodical approach, and have a particularly keen attention to detail.The knack for problem-solving – you'll view problems as opportunities and enjoy taking a creative, innovative and fresh approach.Preferably experienced in multinail software.You are a reliable and proactive person.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Estimating and cross-checking the work of other detailers.Willing and able to carry out site measurements.Communicating with builders/supervisors and engineers to gather any extra information you may need for jobs.Producing all paperwork required to complete and own your detailed jobs.Only successful applicants will be contacted.
