Join Our Team in an Exciting, Newly Created Role - HSE Systems and Reporting Administrator! Location: Melbourne or Sydney (Flexible Hybrid working)

As the HSE Systems and Reporting Administrator , you'll be the backbone of our HSE reporting and data management. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities, from managing and analysing HSE data and building insightful Power BI reports to supporting our HSE Management System through policy maintenance and document control. Reporting directly to the Head of Health, Safety and Environment, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to present data insights, provide flexibility in reporting frameworks, and offer recommendations that enhance safety performance across all sites.
In this role, you'll also play a key part in keeping our digital HSE platforms updated, accessible, and relevant. Key Accountabilities HSE Reporting and Data Management Oversee HSE data management, adapting reporting frameworks as needed to meet industry standards. Track HSE performance trends, offering actionable insights to enhance outcomes across all Tilt Renewables sites. Produce routine and ad hoc HSE performance reports, including trend analysis and summaries for the Board and ELT, using Power BI. Collaborate with the HSE team to build datasets, dashboards, and present data findings to stakeholders. Ensure completion of regular environmental compliance performance reports. Serve as the administrator for the HSE reporting system and digital platform. HSE Management System Assist in developing and maintaining the Tilt HSE Management System, including policies, standards, and procedures. Coordinate the review and control of documents within the HSE Management System. Lead the administration and continuous improvement of the safety section on our intranet. Facilitate access to relevant ISO and Australian standards. Stakeholder Management Work closely with the HSE team to support engagement with key project stakeholders. Professionally interact with regulatory bodies and government representatives as required. Leadership Maintain open, professional communication with internal stakeholders, management, and subject matter experts. Foster an approachable environment that supports quick and effective issue resolution. Health, Safety, Environment, and Compliance Promote a proactive approach to health and safety, building a "Safety Culture" that emphasizes injury prevention and public safety. Adhere to and support health and safety initiatives and company policies. Prioritise HSE in all projects, helping to monitor contractor HSE systems to drive top-tier safety and environmental performance. About You You will have current experience gained working with project developers, utilities, OEMs, or contractors in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on data reporting or HSE systems. Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI). High proficiency with Computing skills using applications such as Microsoft Office, database management, MS Outlook and MS Teams. Effective time management and planning skills and an ability to deliver. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Analytical, team-oriented problem-solving approach.
