About the Role
This unique dual-role combines creativity and hands-on styling, giving you the best of both worlds.
Here's how your time will be split:
2–3 Days in Marketing:Take charge of creating and managing engaging social media content, assisting with campaigns, and showcasing our stunning home staging transformations to elevate our brand's presence.
2–3 Days as a Property Styling Assistant:Work alongside our talented staging team to style homes for sale, transforming blank canvases into beautifully staged masterpieces that captivate potential buyers.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that ensures no two days are the same!
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Marketing Responsibilities:
Producing creative, high-quality short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram.
Developing long-form YouTube videos highlighting our staging expertise.
Planning, filming, and editing digital content that speaks to our audience.
Collaborating with the marketing team to craft and execute campaigns.
Contributing fresh ideas for content across digital, social, and print platforms.
Researching trends and identifying new content opportunities to boost brand engagement.
Property Styling Assistant Responsibilities:
Assisting with staging projects by transporting, placing, and arranging furniture and décor.
Working closely with the Styling team to bring design concepts to life.
Ensuring homes are presented impeccably, reflecting the desired vision.
Managing styling inventory and ensuring all items are ready for projects.
Supporting the team with setup and pack-down tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring to the Team
We're on the lookout for someone who is creative, hands-on, and ready to bring their all to this diverse role.
You'll need to have the following skills and qualities:
Proven experience producing video content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
Hands-on experience or interest in property styling and interior décor.
Strong video filming, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
A proactive mindset to pitch ideas and solve problems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A keen eye for style, detail, and presentation.
