WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Develop and implement a comprehensive Tik Tok content strategy that aligns with MESHKI's brand vision and marketing objectives.
Work closely with the Social Team to conceptualise and execute Tik Tok content from a variety of content pillars.
Consistently stay ahead of Tik Tok trends/creators and leverage them to create reactive, viral content unique to MESHKI.
Develop and execute entertaining Tik Tok content to amplify MESHKI's brand personality and tone-of-voice in an engaging yet premium way.
Plan, film and produce creative Tik Tok content to achieve follower target, engagement rate and product sell-through targets.
Source and partner with reactive Tik Tok-specific creators to drive follower growth and engagement rate.
Be one of the main faces of MESHKI's Tik Tok.
Film a variety of content formats, including challenges, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, green screen filters, stitches.
Create Tik Toks educating followers on product, collections and other marketing initiatives in creative, engaging ways native to the platform.
Develop strategies to generate sales and drive product sell-through on Tik Tok through organic content.
Highlight and create buzz around new launches and restocks to encourage sell-outs and heightened demand through Tik Tok content.
Use Tik Tok to spotlight products, driving traffic to the website and increasing conversion rates.
Continuously monitor Tik Tok trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to keep MESHKI's content fresh and relevant.
Experiment with new content formats, features, and creative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
Continuously ideate and implement new ways to utilise Tik Tok features and trends to enhance MESHKI's presence on the platform.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content creation, specialising in Tik Tok.
Must have an upbeat, bubbly and witty personality to be the face of MESHKI Tik Tok.
Excessive use of social platforms, specifically Tik Tok – if there's a trend, you're already on it.
An extremely strong understanding of Tik Tok nuances and humor that can be leveraged in content and community management.
An extremely strong understanding of Tik Tok specific creators that can be utilized for MESHKI's Tik Tok growth and brand perception.
An online portfolio showcasing a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content for Tik Tok.
Personal style that is elevated and in line with brand aesthetic and direction.
Strong understanding of elevated styling for different customer mindsets and personas through social content.
Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Inshot, Capcut, Tik Tok native).
Strong social media presence on personal Tik Tok account - please include your Tik Tok handle in your application.
A strong attention to detail and creative eye for visually appealing content.
Ambitious and creative mindset with an obsession for social media and fashion.
Deep understanding of Tik Tok reactive trends, algorithms, and best practices.
