Tiktok Commerce - Fashion Category Account Manager

Responsibilities:1.
Drive and manage the business partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous development, especially in the Fashion category;2.
Work with creators and presenters to produce high-quality Commerce content, driving revenue through detailed operations work;3.
Utilize data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions;4.
Be an expert in TikTok commerce operations, identify opportunities for service and content, and carry responsibility for category performance;5.
Own internal projects to contribute to the industry ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, marketing);6.
Utilize data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions.Minimum Qualifications:1.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills;2.
Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity;3.
3+ years of working experience;4.
Fluent in English, with good communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally in a global environment.Preferred Qualifications:1.
Experience in relatable in-category management, at a large retailer, agency side, or other company with specialization in the fashion category is preferred;2.
Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video preferred), practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories is a plus;3.
Collaborative and open to changes and challenges and eager to learn;4.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
