MBM is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, PPP, FM and Asset Management Advisory services, Tax Depreciation and Asset and Building Consulting.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Brisbane team.
The successful applicants will assist in the delivery of services within an established team, with supervision from Management.
Candidates must have Australian Working Rights.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years' experience working in Australia as a client side QS.
Graduate of an accredited Quantity Surveyor degree course.
Previous experience working for a client side Quantity Surveying Consultancy, providing the full range of project experience and the duties performed for all major projects.
Experience in using CostX and Excel.
Corporate members / candidate working towards accreditation of AIQS or RICS preferred.
High level verbal and written communication skills.
