Develop a deep knowledge of the menu, wine, and ingredients to confidently guide guests through their dining experience. Anticipate guest needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and handle any concerns with professionalism, turning every guest visit into a memorable occasion. Work closely with chefs, sommeliers, and other team members to ensure smooth service and effective communication. Provide a warm, friendly greeting and maintain a polished, professional demeanor. Ensure everything from table settings to the final plate presentation meets high standards. Continue learning about wine, food trends, and service techniques through in-house training to refine skills. Cater to guests celebrating special occasions or requiring unique accommodations. Juggle multiple tables and orders while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure. Develop rapport with repeat customers, anticipating their preferences, and delivering a personalized experience. Work 5 days per week, rotating through weekdays and weekends, covering lunch and dinner shifts. Enjoy working with high-end clientele in a fast-paced environment. You
