Your new role
The HSS Infrastructure Security team is looking to appoint two Team Leaders to help deliver and maintain the Infrastructure Security services that the team provides. To support HSS's continued growth, Infrastructure Security's strategy has established two defined Team Leader Security roles to provide focused support for both the technical and customer service needs of our clients.
Both roles provide leadership and supervision of the respective Infrastructure Security teams including accountability, quality assurance, policy development and implementation, specialist services and technical management, stakeholder relations, supervision, vendor management, case management and advice to portfolio management.
We are seeking applicants who have considerable experience in providing leadership and management within a large, complex ICT working environment. Applicants must have experience managing ICT projects and delivering specialist technical services.
There is one permanent vacancy available focused on leading the customer-facing element of the team who are responsible for fulfilling customer requests, stakeholder relations, process improvement and exceptional service. This team facilitates and delivers infrastructure security services to our customers.
The second vacancy is currently temporary and focused on leading the technical delivery team who manage and maintain the Infrastructure Security technologies and services that underpin the security services available to the business. This includes technology maintenance and lifecycle management, incident response, on-call support as well as project support and delivery. This temporary position was recently created due to the growing service needs of our clients. It is currently funded through to June 2026 at this stage and may be extended or become permanent.
