Reds Global is an industry leader in the supply of Tower Cranes and Personnel to the construction industry, servicing major projects predominantly in NSW but extending to SA, VIC, ACT, QLD, and WA.

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to work in a small close-knit team environment.
This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role.
Your ability to plan, manage, and effectively communicate will be crucial to success in this position.

Position Overview:
As the primary contact for selected Reds Global projects, you will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of tower crane installations, climbs, and dismantles.
You will lead by example, make daily critical decisions, and ensure the safety of your teams.
Your experience in managing challenges faced by subcontracted companies working with principal contractors is essential.
This roving role involves working across multiple sites in Sydney and the head office in Somersby, NSW, with significant stakeholder engagement.

Experience working in the tower crane industry Team leadership Sound WHS understanding and experience putting it into practice Accreditation in Dogging, Intermediate Rigging, or Tower Crane operation (strongly favorable) Excellent industry contact knowledge Intermediate to advanced MS Office applications Engineering experience or qualifications will be highly regarded We offer our staff:
