The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a passionate Team Leader who loves playing a proactive role in attaining the best out of their team with the ability to lead by example.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social justice, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels at motivating and developing others.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading, managing and supporting a team of Support Workers with the day-to-day operation to ensure a coordinated, consistent, and high-quality approach to service delivery.
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:
Reporting outcomes in line with the relevant service agreements and the requirements of the other stakeholders.
Providing clear and detailed mandatory reporting.
Leading, managing and assisting Support Workers in their day-to-day operations to ensure a coordinated, consistent, and high-quality approach to service delivery to our participants.
Absence cover when staff are not available.
Complying with code of conduct, procedures and practices, external funding body requirements and legislation.
Applying and upholding principles of equity and anti-discrimination in the workplace and adhering to organisational and legislative Health, Safety and Environment requirements.
Identifying relevant training for staff members.
Managing your team's performance and conducting relevant meetings accordingly.
