Client Services Officer (Catholic Development Fund - CDF) Client Services Officer (Catholic Development Fund - CDF) reports directly to the CDF Manager. CDF is a development fund that was created in 1974. The Catholic Development Fund supports the mission of the Church by helping to build Christ-centred, redemptive and transformative communities. CDF helps to fund the constructions of schools, parishes, hospitals, aged care and social service facilities.
The Client Services Officer (CSO) supports CDF clients in the maintenance and service of their CDF accounts and loans, including opening accounts, transactional support and online banking technical support. This role supports the CDF Manager and colleagues with back-office banking maintenance and processing functions and helps deliver exceptional customer service.

Small vibrant team CBD based (close to public transport) Support the Church's mission through this role The successful candidate will have prior experience relating to Client Servicing and Support, Transactional Banking Operations, Records Management, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management. You must also have a willingness and capacity to support the Catholic ethos. They will demonstrate a willingness to be part of the Archdiocesan commitment to the safeguarding of its members, especially children and adults at risk. You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have advanced organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills. A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver's Licence, and proof of unrestricted working rights in Australia are required.
