Your Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3-5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within high-growth startups; proven success in hiring across a variety of functions, with a focus on technical and commercial roles. High-Growth Mindset: You thrive in dynamic environments; you're energised by the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling teams rapidly. Business Acumen: You're not just a recruiter—you're a strategic partner to the business. You have the demonstrated ability to prioritise hiring for roles according to organisational need. Tools: Demonstrated proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms/tools. Emotional Intelligence: You understand the importance of connecting talent to the "right" opportunities; you have demonstrated experience delivering "quality" over "quantity" candidates/hires. Self-starter Mentality: You're able to independently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively with minimal oversight. Ways We Work: Remote-first, office-optional: Do you work your best from home, in office, or a mix of both? Either way, we've got you covered. Work flexibly, communicate frequently: No hard and fast core working hours, and asynchronous communication is embraced (unless you have client commitments, of course); transparency is the name of the game. Travel occasionally, banter continuously: Attend in-person working weeks once per quarter and a retreat once per year; working together IRL may be infrequent, but the chats (and emojis) never stop. #J-18808-Ljbffr
