We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Exchange and Collaboration Specialist to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange migration from on-premises (Microsoft 2016 & 2019) to Microsoft Online, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
This role is crucial for enhancing our organization's collaboration tools and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of Microsoft Exchange migrations from on-premises to Microsoft Online.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online into existing workflows.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for Exchange Online and associated collaboration tools.
Develop and maintain documentation for migration processes, system configurations, and user guides.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
Train and support end-users on the effective use of Microsoft collaboration tools.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, recommending improvements to current systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Microsoft Exchange Specialist, with a focus on migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (2016 & 2019) and Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and SharePoint.
Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools and solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with IT governance, security best practices, and compliance standards.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
