JourneyOne is seeking a B2B marketing coordinator to join our small in-house marketing and branding team.
In this role, you'll be an essential part of our marketing initiatives, focusing on creating compelling content, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving successful sponsorships and partnerships.
Your work will support our goal to enhance brand visibility and ensure our market message resonates with our clients and our people.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing campaign planning & execution: Plan and execute specific campaigns aligned to the overarching branding and marketing strategies for Rmkble, JourneyOne, DataDivers and ProcessPath.
Includes: social media management, digital copywriting for websites and LinkedIn, community engagement, and event coordination.
Social media management (primarily LinkedIn): Creating content calendars, copywriting, coordinating multimedia assets, analysing and adapting activity.
Sponsorship & partnerships coordination: Maintain our calendar of events and forums, identify strategic opportunities for partnerships and community engagement, and assist with managing these partnerships.
Event coordination: Assist with the planning and running of our own events for clients, which may include breakfast roundtables, workshops, etc.
Media relations: Maintain our media contact list and when required, draft and issue media releases.
Must Have: Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Media, Communications, or other related discipline.
5+ years' experience in marketing and/or PR with a strong focus on copywriting, social media management, and campaign execution.
2+ years' experience in B2B, SaaS or professional services marketing.
Strong experience using LinkedIn as an organic marketing channel.
Superb copywriting, proofreading and editing skills, preferably within professional services or B2B sectors.
You should have an astute understanding of how to adapt copy for different contexts and audiences, including for SEO purposes.
Analytical, data-driven approach to digital campaign creation and execution.
You should thrive in a plan-do-learn environment, applying a critical eye to all marketing activity and adapting quickly based on lessons learned.
Great to Have: Familiarity with key business and technology media publications/platforms.
Familiarity with Australia's technology community/conference/events landscape.
Experience managing event sponsorships.
Experience with Canva or other graphic/media design tool.
