Catering HQ is seeking a Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef to join our talented and passionate team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must display excellent prep, cooking, and plating skills Demonstrate a keen interest in growing food trends and techniques and the ability to contribute to menu planning Strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes Ability to contribute to menu planning Immaculate presentation and grooming Ability to handle large service numbers Exceptional customer care and service skills and knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS Excellent supportive and leadership skill set Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn Honest and results-focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed Should be able to control and manage daily kitchen functions KEY QUALITIES:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar position Be flexible with working hours A team spirit, bright and positive demeanor The team at Catering HQ works hard to create a safe and inclusive environment for all, and most importantly, we're all about creating a more sociable future – for our customers and for each other.
