Has at least 6 years of experience in construction, with bathroom renovation expertise highly regarded. Holds a Site Supervision license or equivalent qualifications. Excels in leading and motivating teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion. Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, staff, and contractors. Thrives in a structured environment, following systems and processes to ensure success. Promotes and enforces safety protocols on-site. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee bathroom renovation projects from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and monitor quality standards. Provide updates to management and complete variation documents as required. About Us:
