ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager with a deep understanding of the product development life cycle, strong Business Analysis skills and great stakeholder engagement experience to join our Digital, Marketing, Comms & Customer Experience department. This role is critical in driving forward Australian Cricket's strategy, focusing on delivering brilliant digital experiences for our grassroots volunteers and participants across Australia.
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting and driving the ongoing development of the 'Play' portfolio of products which include the PlayCricket App and Website, and a new Digital Schools Challenge program.
These products play a critical role in engaging the grassroots cricket community across the country, and enabling the acquisition and retention of participants. Our strategy has a significant focus on inspiring the next generation to love our game, and this role will be central in evolving our digital offering to better engage kids and youth.
You will be working cross-functionally across the business with a focus on supporting our Community Cricket department along with Australian Cricket's State & Territory associations.

Key responsibilities:
Manage the digital products within the 'Play' portfolio to achieve annual targets and KPIs as part of our business strategy. Work closely with our Community Cricket department, State & Territory associations to help develop and support our 'Play' portfolio products. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs (participants and their family & friends) to develop and groom product roadmaps. Work with our Product and UX teams to define features for our Play portfolio products. Represent platform features, enhancements & changes into CA's product & technology delivery teams. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Min 5 years' experience in Product and/or vendor Management. Relevant tertiary qualifications: Information Technology, Product Management. A passion for sport and the positive impact it can have on communities. Desirable but not essential to have a deep understanding of Cricket and how it's managed at a grassroots level. Desirable but not essential to have experience building products and services that engage children and their parents. You will have a strong commercial and marketing mindset to continually identify opportunities to drive business value from our digital audiences. A moderate level of technical expertise and understanding of how mobile apps and web apps are built. Experience with Agile software development practices and systems. Excellent communication skills to provide clarity on product strategy, customer & business needs, feature showcases etc. to a wide range of groups from development squads to executive leadership forums. Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong and effective relationships with internal teams and third-party partners. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
