We are seeking a Full Time, Ongoing Payroll Manager to join our People and Culture team located in Bendigo, Victoria.
Reporting to the People Operations Lead, this new role will manage the centralised payroll team and lead the end-to-end functions of payroll whilst ensuring appropriate governance and compliance with legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
You will be integral to the project and change management activity required as we transition to a core centralised HR and Payroll system over the next few years.
You will have:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent Extensive payroll experience in a large organisation Proven experience in payroll management or supervisory roles Strong ability to adapt to new technologies Proficiency in configuring payroll systems, payroll processing, and payroll analytics What CESL can offer you:
