Position Details: Temporary Full Time position available up to 30 June 2025 (with possibility of extension)
Role Overview: The Diabetes Educator (Clinical Nurse Consultant) works collaboratively with the Director of Nursing at Southern Primary Health Care Centre's in the development, delivery, and management of clinical services in remote Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service communities.
