About the Role
In this position, you will represent our brand as the face of our business. Your primary responsibilities include interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish customer car rental needs through active listening;
• Assist with leadership duties;
• Review add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer;
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively;
• Complete rental bookings efficiently and accurately;
• Answer customer questions and inquiries;

Requirements:
• Full-time position requiring a rotational roster that includes morning, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays;
• Availability to work 38 hours per week during operating hours;
• Valid driver's license;
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles;
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards;
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems;
