About BRAMS Established in 1978, Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS ) was the first remote Aboriginal Medical Service Provider in Western Australia.

Your new opportunity We are now looking for a full-time Aged and Disability Operations Manager based in Broome, Western Australia .
Reporting to the Community Services Executive Manager, this pivotal role manages the day-to-day operations of aged care and disability services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally appropriate care that aligns with the BRAMS Model of Care.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of aged care and disability services Coordinating the delivery of culturally responsive, accessible programs Monitoring service delivery outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction Leading, supervising, and supporting a diverse team of health professionals Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities Conducting internal audits and quality improvements Building and maintaining relationships with external providers Approving timesheets and ensuring accurate, timely reporting Facilitating staff development, training, and performance reviews Ensuring adherence to BRAMS' Quality Care Framework and policies Promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture About You To qualify, you will need a relevant qualification in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services and at least 3 years of experience in aged care and disability services.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
Experience working in an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Service Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and fostering collaboration Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet conflicting deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships in a cross-cultural setting Capacity to consult, collaborate, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders Commitment to working within the BRAMS Quality Care Framework As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
