YOUR NEW ROLE
As a key valued lawyer reporting to an outstanding Accredited Specialist Special Counsel/Team Leader in their winning common law team, you will relish the challenge and satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients, primarily in respect of their motor vehicle accident (approx 70-80%) and some public liability & work injury damages claims (approx 20-30%).
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files : obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, conducting legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel, and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have a minimum of 3 years plaintiff personal injury experience (or more up to senior associate); have proven ability managing your own NSW CTP files from start to finish (essential) + preferably (not essential) also 1 or more of: 1) public liability and 2) WID cases; 3) CTP in any non-NSW states (preferable not essential); have strong technical knowledge of CTP law & practical procedures + drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric and results-driven; are ambitious with a high work ethic + commercially astute; love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment; are hungry to fulfil your potential to the MAX + accelerate your career with a leading plaintiff firm long-term.
