About the Role:
Produce world-class video content that enhances the digital, retail, and wholesale marketing for the Accent Group brands.
The responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and creative teams to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, on-brand video content that drives engagement and conversion across Accent Group's eCommerce, website, social media, email, PR, and event channels. Effectively interpret briefs to produce video content that adds value, enhances the customer experience, and drives brand engagement through authentic storytelling. Prepare meticulously for each shoot, including scripting, storyboarding, shot listing, coordinating with talent, drafting interview questions, and conducting location scouting. Oversee the entire post-production editing process, ensuring quality control of final deliverables. Collaborate with the creative team to integrate graphics, images, and animations where needed. Work with the Videography Team Lead to develop and maintain efficient workflow systems for video production, including standardised processes for briefing, feedback, and approvals across marketing, wholesale, digital, and creative teams. Ensure studio spaces and video equipment are maintained and serviced as needed, reporting any issues promptly to ensure continuous, high-quality output. Maintain strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Stay informed on the latest trends and technology developments in videography and editing to ensure Accent Group's content remains innovative and competitive. Be prepared for occasional after-hours shoots and travel as required. The role includes a mix of manual work and lifting, as needed for equipment and setup. To be successful you will ideally have the following:
Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Film, and Television Production or an equivalent qualification; or a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with DSLR cameras, high-quality audio recording, and engaging video content production. Excellent post-production skills, including professional editing, captioning, creating motion graphics, and exporting, uploading, and optimising deliverables. Strong organisational and time-management skills with proven ability to prioritise, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and engage cross-functional teams and external agencies. In-depth understanding of studio and location photography, videography, lighting, sound, and audio enhancement Strong attention to detail, especially under pressure Advanced skills in Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar software for editing and motion graphics Proficiency in video file management, exporting, and optimising deliverables for multiple channels At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
