The Thredbo Information Centre Receptionist will be assisting in
all aspects of the information centre's daily operations,
including but not limited to; assisting guests with various
enquiries of Thredbo and the wider local area, provide ticketing
information, assist with Thredbo's managed apartments, and
assisting with National Parks passes.
Within this role it is a
requirement to maintain a strong level of knowledge about the
resort, as to provide the most updated and accurate resort
information to guests.

About the Role
Ensure that optimal levels of customer service are achieved
during all guest interactions;
Welcome guests to the Thredbo Resort, check them into and
out of their self-contained accommodation, and provide them
with thorough information about the resort and Snowy Mountains
region;
Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of Thredbo
operations, and information about the Kosciuszko National
Park;
National Parks ticket sales;
Liaise with property owners including making owner
reservations, and liaising with contractors engaged by Thredbo
Resort Centre.
About You
Hold a current, valid & unrestricted C class Drivers
licence (required)
Experience in a customer service role
A co-operative, positive and professional attitude
Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities
autonomously
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
