The role: We are currently searching for an Associate (2-4 year PAE) to join our national leasing team based in Adelaide.
The span of work involves commercial, retail and telecommunications leasing work.
We act for both tenants and landlords, preparing leases and lease related documents (including assignments, variations, renewals and surrenders).
This is a unique role as it involves working for clients nationally providing an excellent opportunity for developing your knowledge for all jurisdictions in Australia.
Our clients include publicly listed companies, property managers, shopping centres, private property owners and government agencies, as well as leading corporates across a number of sectors.
As a growing team, we provide lots of opportunities for growth and progression within the firm.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have some pre-existing experience with leases and lease related transactions.
More importantly, key necessary skills are an eye for detail, strong drafting, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to pre-dictated deadlines, and an ability to handle a high volume of files.
You will also have a commitment to building strong client relationships and delivering quality and value that contributes to the growth of our leasing team.
