Position Available: Construction Supervisor (Relocation Assistance Offered)
Employment basis: Full Time
Remuneration: Salary Package – $105,000 plus superannuation, vehicle & annual bonuses
We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to provide leadership to our team of Scaffolders and Leading Hands in the scenic haven of Coffs Harbour. Relocation assistance will be available to the right applicant, offering not just a job, but a chance to immerse yourself in a laid-back coastal lifestyle. As the Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating your team to successfully execute scaffolding projects based on scopes of works provided by your Branch Manager. We value your demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams across multiple sites. Training in scaffold knowledge and skills can be provided as required.

Key Responsibilities: Solve day to day issues for your team of Leading Hands Liaise with clients to determine project scopes Motivate team to exceed productivity targets whilst maintaining safety standards Ensure all scaffolds are completed to quality and compliance standards Train and mentor team members to enhance their scaffolding and leadership skills To be successful in this position, we are looking for:
