About The Role
This exciting role & opportunity exists at the Bourke goat meat processing plant, situated on the Darling River in North West NSW. Here, you'll work with a diverse team who align with our values and are passionate & empowered to perform at pace & achieve big things.
The QA Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that both company and customer satisfaction is achieved while upholding high expectations for food hygiene and following processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve agreed operating efficiencies. Achieve company & AQIS licensing product quality standards. Meet workplace health & safety requirements. Implementation of the Integrated Management System. General Responsibilities
Process Monitoring. Product conformance with AUS-MEAT & customer quality standards. Adhere to AQIS requirements. Ensuring the plant & employees work to TFIB standards including TFIB Quality system, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practice, IMS, Environmental Management system & training programs. Experience
Experience in the meat or food processing industry. Knowledge of AUS-MEAT Beef specification standards. Certificate 3 in Meat processing or equivalent. Knowledge & understanding of the Meat Hygiene Assessment. People and Culture
